Customer Service Executive


Yolk Recruitment are proud to partnered with a new revolutionary bank in Cardiff that is reshaping the industry and allowing for great growth opportunities for Customer Service specialists.

In this role you will be working alongside a dedicated and passionate small team providing customer focused service to guide customers on their accounts, providing your expert knowledge and advice.


As a Customer Service Executive, you will be:

  • Guide customers through regulatory documents, including statements and quotations for their accounts.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers.
  • Support with resolving customer complaints with care and efficiency.
  • Proactively manage arrears accounts and negotiate solutions.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A track record of success in customer services
  • Preferably experience from financial services.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Empathy and compassion for vulnerable customers
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Drive for continuous learning and adaptability

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll get in return

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Salaryup to £24,000 and access to a Bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid arrangement of 3 days in the office, 2 days of home working
