The key responsibilities of the HR Manager include:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coach and advise line managers on all Hr issues
- Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law
- Work with the relevant staff to ensure effective learning and development activity
- Line manage another member of the HR team
Profile
The successful HR Manager should have:
- Experience working in a HR Advisory role
- Experience translating law into best practice employment policy
- Strong IT and report writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate organisational values in all work activity
- Experience working in the Not for Profit and Charities sector
Job Offer
