Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Manager include:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coach and advise line managers on all Hr issues
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Work with the relevant staff to ensure effective learning and development activity
  • Line manage another member of the HR team

Profile

The successful HR Manager should have:

  • Experience working in a HR Advisory role
  • Experience translating law into best practice employment policy
  • Strong IT and report writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate organisational values in all work activity
  • Experience working in the Not for Profit and Charities sector
