Chartered Engineer Project Manager

Salary: 65k-85k (DOE)

Location:
Hemel Hempstead

Responsibilities For The Chartered Engineer Project Manager Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Line management of staff
Recruitment and training of technical staff
Leading and mentoring more junior members of the team
Making sure that the projects comply with all statutory and Quality Management Systems procedures and processes
Taking both commercial responsibility and financial responsibility
Technical delivery of projects
Developing client relationships
Travelling to client sites
Negotiating on commercial and financial matters

Skills and Experience Expected Of The Charted Engineer Project Manager

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) qualification
Member of a relevant professional institution
Ability and experience in Engineering, Design and Reporting
Ability to lead others, achieve goals and meet deadlines
Experience in effective management
Strong and confident communicator
