Imperial Group is offering a Part time

Lettings Negotiator role. Offices are based in Central London, West London and North London. We cover entire London and surrounding areas for lettings and sales.

• Experience in a sales position in any field or the desire to learn. As full training will be given.
• Experience with client interactions and being professional
• Ability and willingness to travel across London and Surrounding areas around the M2
• Driving licence and experience in the property market is not needed for the part time position.

The role consists of:

• Meeting homeowners and providing them information about our Lettings options
• Travelling to the property to conduct viewings
• Massive opportunity to accelerate to higher positions
• Part time position includes massive flexibility
• Not required to attend office. Appointments are given at properties around London.
• Paid £10 per hour, from the time you leave your house to the time you return home.
• Travel expenses are paid too.

- £100 commission per completed deal.
