We are currently seeking to employ a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our committed team.

The Student Services department works in collaboration with College stakeholders to promote the personal development and success of students, preparing them for life and employment in modern Britain.

The department also works to ensure that students are well supported during their course, through providing access to services, information, advice and guidance that address potential barriers to achievement, enabling equality of opportunity in education.

Support is aimed at helping students to stay focused and achieve the best possible outcomes on their study programme.


The post holder will provide support for the Student Service department in order to ensure the effective running of each team for all students ensuring that the day-today delivery of the service is underpinned by a constant focus on high quality outcomes.

The role is to oversee a central multi-disciplinary team that includes management and coordination of safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing, counselling, financial support, welfare, careers, enrichment, student engagement, parental engagement and the Student Union.


Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London's most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old's and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.

We have opened a new building in 2020 and due to develop a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre for 2024.


This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links - it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
