Call Handler Work from Home (Fully Remote)

- Join our team to work at a market leading research company as a Call Handler
Day in the life of a Call Handler:
- You'll be making outbound calls to members of the public, students and various businesses.
- Conducting surveys, simply asking people's opinions and accurately capturing the participants' responses.
- You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple and easy process.
Call Handler Pay Rate and Shift Times:
- £10.42 per hour + accrued holiday pay.
- Shifts that may be available
- Monday to Friday: 9am1pm and/or 1.30pm5pm and or 5pm9pm.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am2.30pm and/or 2.30pm7pm.
- You must be able to work a minimum of 2025 hours per week. Full time hours available.
- Evenings and Weekends availability is essential
- Start date will be around the start of October
Equipment required:
- Wifi
- Windows 10/11 Laptop
- USB Headphones

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Representative, Sales Representative or if you have any customer service background whether that be face to face or by phone.
