We're looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to become one of them, and to help us find them.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position
Providing industry benchmarking for new roles
Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
Work with external recruiters when needed
Assist in planning and implementing onboarding for new employees

Skills and Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise
A proactive, positive attitude and a cando flexible approach.

Salary:
£33,000-40,000 (DOE)
