Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position
- Providing industry benchmarking for new roles
- Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
- Work with external recruiters when needed
- Assist in planning and implementing onboarding for new employees
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise
- A proactive, positive attitude and a cando flexible approach.

Salary:
£33,000-40,000 (DOE)
