Ocean Healthcare is a nursing agency specializing in the supply of agency nurses, support workers and HCAs to nursing homes, residential homes, hospices and private hospitals throughout Devon.

Originally started in October 2013, Ocean Healthcare has grown to become a key provider of healthcare staffing support in the local area and now has locations in Torbay, Exeter, Barnstaple and Somerset.


We are working in partnership with a residential care provider in Bideford, who are looking to appoint permanent healthcare assistants to work in their 'home from home' environment.

This care home provides support for up to 30 residents and are proud of their 'Investors in People' accreditation and 'Top 20 Care Homes in the UK' award.

Our client is a forward thinking and innovative organisation, who offer ongoing training to continually up-skill their workforce. Providing great care is at the heart of everything they do. The home itself is modern and spacious. Our client is an organisation who promote a supportive and positive work place and who value their staff.


Package & Benefits our client is offering:

- £10.61 per hour (increasing to £10.86 per hour after training has been completed)
