Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
  • Use mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services
  • Provide estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge or background is a plus
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:


  • Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and ability to assess vehicle issues
  • Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or maintenance packages

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,148.00-£30,518.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wembley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- service advisor: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
