Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Use mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services
- Provide estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner
- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and ability to assess vehicle issues
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or maintenance packages

Salary:
£26,148.00-£30,518.00 per year
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wembley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
