Our client is looking for a Cost Controller on a permanent basis, located in Aberdeen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Project Master File on Assigned Projects in ERP system (UBW/Agresso)
Contractual Point of Contact for clients
Control and analysis of financial project reporting
Financial advisor to Project Managers
Other relevant duties/task as assigned by Project Managers, Regional Business Controller or General Manager
Ownership and contribution to the development of the cost control function, routines and procedures within the financial and operational functions

Task can include, but are not limited to:

Keep Project Master File (in UBW) updated on assigned project
Client invoicing and reporting
Cash collection
Cost control and project allocation of supplier invoices
Completion of budgets, assold budgets, project budgets and forecasts on assigned projects
Period closing of projects (e.g. project accruals, control of project hours and costs, revenue)
Internal financial and project reporting monthly PMR reporting in line with guidelines on BMS ("Guideline PMR Report (510 Report)")

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
