About us

We are currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist/ Admin to join our friendly team at Gordon Vets. This will be based at our Musselburgh branch with holiday cover for Penicuik and Bonnyrigg. Driving license will be needed for this role.

This role is an average of 22 hours per week between Wednesday-Friday with 1 in 6 weekends at Musselburgh (Sat and Sun 08:45-15:15 with a day off given back after).

Hours/ days may be flexible. Duties for this role will be a mixture of front of house cover and all aspects of practice administration.

About Us
We are a multisite practice with 3 sites across East Lothian and mid Lothian. We are a very busy practice with a long-standing loyal client base. Our team is made up of 17 vets, 11 Nurses and 10 Reception/Admin across 3 sites. We have a strong, experienced team who work well together as a team.
Applicant Requirements
Previous experience in a vet practice is preferable, however we will consider applicants with client facing reception experience. You must be computer literate, able to work under pressure and able to work well within a team.
