Description

We are looking for a range of
Consultants to support the delivery of client work and business development work across our
markets & investor advisory (MIA) teams based in our
London office.


Our consultant team is at the heart of all we do at Flint.

You will work closely with team members right across the business to support clients on public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy.

Flint's clients want to understand, in detail, how they can build a long-term strategy to thrive commercially in a changing and increasingly uncertain policy environment.


You will have scope to engage with clients at the most senior levels - including Board members and Executive teams - and across a wide range of sectors.

The role will provide an unparalleled opportunity to research and analyse the complex policy challenges our clients face and develop options and approaches to address those challenges, backing up recommendations with wider strategic and political analysis.

You will also have the chance to work on a range of projects as part of a mixed discipline team.

You will have:

  • A strong understanding of policy and politics.
  • Strong analytical, research and problemsolving skills the ability to draw out the implications of complex evidence and analysis to give clear strategy and policy advice.
  • Strong written communication skills, with proven ability to draft clear documents for internal and external audiences with varying degrees of expert knowledge.
  • Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to nonspecialists.
  • Strong organisational skills including the capacity to project manage client teams including, prioritising, planning and scheduling complex tasks proactively, and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills a flexible approach and the ability to work well across teams, both with internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Desirable if you speak another European language
