    Job Title: Senior Director FE Student Experience

    Location: Birmingham

    Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum - Fixed

    Job Description:

    The University of Birmingham is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director FE Student Experience lead to bring a renewed focus to the FE Student Experience and join its Further Education Senior Leadership team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with significant experience of working with young people and students in a similar setting.

    The successful candidate will possess an excellent working understanding of how to establish a positive learning environment and develop excellent working relationships across the institution and beyond.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing policies and procedures to ensure effective student experience
    • Maintaining relationships with external partners and agencies
    • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and reporting progress effectively to an Executive Management Team
