Service Delivery Coordinator

Full-time, 40 per week, 8.30am - 5pm
Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with an industry-leading business in Hull for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their growing team.
The role will be to oversee all the scheduling of routine maintenance works as per contractual agreementsand in line with client requirements.
The Role:
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance works in consultation with client availability
- Organise all necessary access equipment and site requirements
- Prepare RAMS for clients and engineers
- Assign works to designated engineers and ensure they are completed to client KPI's
- Follow engineer attendance, manage the status of the works, upload the relevant reports and process through the necessary inhouse systems and client portals
- Manage the asset registers
- Review completed work reports to identify queries and raise with relevant parties as needed
- Upload reports to the necessary internal systems and external portals within the standard KPI's and ensure client compliance requirements are fulfilled
- Raise purchase orders and uplifts through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Following completion of works, produce and upload any compliance certification through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Review the quotation tracker to ensure client specific KPI's are maintained. Liaise with relevant internal parties to ensure deadlines are maintained
You will need:
- Previous experience in a service management role, preferably facilities management
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build internal and external relationships, work well within a team, but have the strength of conviction to ensure your clients requirements are prioritised
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, ensuring all KPI's are met
- Heating and plumbing knowledge is desired
