HR Systems Officer

£29,600

This hybrid working role is full time and can also be part time. It can also be based either in Swansea or Carmarthen.

As the HR Systems Officer, you will thrive on supporting HRIS and general HR systems process.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will be:


  • SME for the maintenance of the HR platform ensuring accuracy, data integrity and the digitisation processes
  • Run data checks and error reporting
  • Manage system changes, advising payroll of changes
  • Generate MI reports, analyse and identify trends for HR colleagues and line managers
  • Provide technical support for the erecruitment system, advising colleagues and line managers when appropriate
  • Support the organisation's continuous improvement of business process and systems
  • Create guidance documents for systems
  • Support HR colleagues with internal and external audits
  • Work closely with the HR team to multi skill and provide support for HR colleagues on annual leave
  • Degree qualified
  • Professionally qualified in systems/project management/working toward or have significant relevant experience
  • Sound experience in providing systems support
  • Experience in using database systems including testing and error reporting
  • Experience of using HRIS including running reports and analysing data
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of providing systems advice to colleagues
  • Well experienced in drafting systems process and guidance handbooks
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

£29,600.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
  • HRIS including running reports & analysing data: 1 year (preferred)
