Property Management Administrator - Shoreditch - £24,000 to £26,000 Dependant on Experience


My client, a successful independent agency, are currently seeking a Property Management Administrator, to join their stunning office in Shoreditch.

In this role you will be directly supporting the Property Management Team and ensuring the smooth runningof the department.


This is an excellent opportunity to get your foor in the door within an established property firm that offer long-term progression into property management.

The role requires an individual who is efficient, friendly and provides excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the smooth running of the team by providing extensive administration support
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors providing excellent customer service
  • Create welcome packs for new tenancies
  • Send out relevant paperwork to landlords
  • Input meter readings for the beginning and end of tenancy
  • Register appliances for free warranty
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date and accessible records on the CRM system; VECO
  • Add invoices onto VECO as work orders and add new suppliers
  • Draw up addendum to the Tenancy Agreement
  • Handle utility bills
  • Book property inspections and send and download property inspection report
  • Organise Gas Safeties, EPC's and EICR for Managed Properties
  • Send inventories, checkouts, and TDS certificate to the tenants
  • Receive heating and cooling bills and calculate the split bills using excel spreadsheet
  • Book checkouts and forward end of tenancy letter to the tenants

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Proven administration experience required, ideally within the property sector
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive approach with a friendly manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary:
£24,000 to £26,000 Dependant on Experience
