Account handler - Commercial Insurance
c£22-25k

We are looking for an experienced account manager with excellent customer service skills to join a well - established insurance broker as a commercial insurance account handler.

The role of commercial insurance account handler will involve:

Capturing relevant information in order to approach the market for relevant and competitive quotations.
Manging existing clients answering queries and updating with renewal quotations
Dealing with client adjustments and advising in claims processes
Processing new policies and managing credit agreements
Ahhoc admin duties as required.
Previous account management experience
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels
Experience of insurance industry and advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Computer literate with a good level of MS Office skills
Must be available to work from 8am 5pm and fully office based
