leading optical supplier based in Bromsgrove, West Midlands are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

The company supply high quality eyewear to Opticians across the UK.


Optical Customer Service Advisor - Role

  • Daily contact with existing customers
  • Processing orders via Sage
  • Processing returns/credits via Sage
  • Working with the Sales Team to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 17:00 (30 min lunch)
, Permanent

  • Starting salary: £21£22.5k per year (Depending on experience)
  • Onsite parking
  • Free Optical Frame and Sunglasses after 3 months

Optical Customer Service Advisor - Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within an Opticians would be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
  • Adaptability and organisational skills
  • Experience of Microsoft office
  • Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
  • Previous customer service experience
