Systems Trainer responsibilities include:


  • Producing online training resources like video tutorials and documentation for use across the business.
  • Travelling across the UK to deliver training, support and attend client meetings.
  • Liaising with other departments across the business to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Implementation and roll out of new systems
  • Updates and Tracks delivered training on the inhouse system
    Systems Trainer desired skills/character:
  • A people person who is able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
  • Comfortable presenting/training both 1 on 1 and in groups.
  • Someone who can bring enthusiasm to the role.
  • Competent PC Skills and proficiency in MS Office packages
  • IT literate and willing to learn. Previous experience in training within an IT context is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Working alongside and assisting various departments to ensure best practices
  • Supportive role so a good listener
  • Develop and maintain and evidence business and legal requirements are metIn return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000
