You will also be responsible for:

  • Lead and coach around agile principles, ways of working, mindset and behaviours
  • Agile principles over and above specific Agile methods.
  • Be embedded as an Agile coach within key teams throughout Agile adoption phase.
  • Develop and support an Enterprise Business Agility first mindset across the organisation.
  • Creation of Agile training for a range of roles, levels and stakeholders.
  • Explore opportunities for Agile Transformation across the business.
  • Agile team onboarding and training.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup's / Scrums, Retrospectives, 1:1 and team coaching sessions.
  • Working with Team Members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help them understand their roles and providing specific coaching to them.
  • Explore opportunities for Agile Transformation across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be successful in this role you'll need previous experience in an Agile Coaching / Agile transformation role, experience in a technical product development environment and will have previous experience in leading team based technical projects as senior technical specialist or project.

You'll ideally have a background and or an interest in software / electronic engineering, product development.

Experience of Change Management and effectively managing teams through change is important along with the ability to coach the future coaches and train the future trainers.

Knowledge of advanced enterprise Agile methods (E.g.

DevOps, Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums), Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Kanban Chi) alongside strong verbal and writing skills, presentation skills and ability to motivate teams in Agile ways of working is required.


You'll also need:

  • Stakeholder Management and ability to work with a number of Key Agile roles within a team inclusive of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Team members.
  • Ability to coach the future coaches and train the future trainers
  • Helping to support facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies (Planning Sessions, Standups, Reviews and Retrospectives)
  • Experience of Change Management and effectively managing teams through change
  • Experience of working with distributed teams (outsourced, remote site)
  • Ability to show leadership in addressing required team level cultural change.
  • Sound experience of using data to make decisions. E.g but not limited to Burn down charts etc.
  • Able to help teams increase transparency as well as helping leaders increase psychological safety within the team

£550.00-£575.00 per day
