Salary:
£38,000 to £48,000 (with an OTE of up to £60,000)

Addingstone are an award winning specialist Commercial and Property insurance broker, providing advice and bespoke insurance solutions to business throughout the UK.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire to seek new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

You will work within a passionate and experienced team who strive every day to provide the best solutions and service to our clients.

THE ROLE

Identify and generate new business lead and crosssale opportunities
Develop relationships with new and existing clients
Utilise existing knowledge and expertise, providing technical advice where required
Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients
Maintain company standards in quality of solutions provided to clients, in line with FCA requirements
Contribute to and support the overall company growth

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

5+ Years of Commercial Insurance experience
Passionate and highly driven to be successful
Proven success and progression within previous roles
Ability to take ownership of own workload and responsibilities
Knowledge of commercial market and industry network
Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with prospective and existing clients and insurers
Previous customer service and relationship management experience
Resilience when dealing with problems and challenges
Experience in using Acturis
