Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring that our buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of plasterer, mason and maintenance technicians
Preparing construction sites, tools and materials.
Assist contractors and tradesmen such as Carpenters, Bricklayers, Masons, Electricians and Plumbers in performing relevant activities.
Develop and implement building and maintenance schedules and procedures
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
Manage budgets for maintenance projects and supplies
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
