This is an opportunity to become a valued member supporting our corporate debt team in an interesting role providing administrative support enabling an efficient and effective service across the business unit.


We're looking for a team player who is capable of working to challenging deadlines, delivering a high level of administration and clerical support.

Proficiency in IT software as well as scanning and accurately indexing documents are key for this position.


Interview are expected to be conducted during the week commencing Monday 8th May 2023.

Skills

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate clear and effective communications with staff at all levels and members of the
public.

  • Self motivated person who is able to work on their own initiative and to perform effectively as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships across the organisation and external organisations.

As this post meets the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016 (part 7), the ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Knowledge

Essential:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of data protection.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience of a range of administration procedures.
  • Experience with dealing with a range of enquiries.
  • Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English (or equivalent).
