Description

Hey, are you passionate about supporting children and young adults with special educational needs? if you are, then we have got a wonderful opportunity for you.

We are seeking for a experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide extra support to students, ensuring that they reach the best of their abilities.

Responsibilities:

Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
Provide oneonone and smallgroup support to students with learning differences.
Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Assist with classroom management and organization.
Build positive relationships with students and families.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
