Future Tech is a team where trainee's can develop their skills whilst working alongside, and learning from, experienced tech Recruiters.


The role


There is excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of different sub-sectors within the tech industry alongside gaining experience working complex roles for high-profile clients.

You will work alongside internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from beginning to end.


Key Responsibilities

  • Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents
  • Use social media to create a personal brand
  • Keep up to date with trends within the Tech industry
  • Building relationships with existing and future clients
  • Attending meeting with clients to explore potential opportunities
  • Negotiating fees and terms of engagement

  • Outstanding communicational skills with the ability to adapt language to different audiences

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
