Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with Strong Governance and Internal Controls Experience?


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the accounts payable process from end to end, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  • Management of corporate cards and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
  • Reporting as required in line with AP tasks.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform monthly and yearend close activities related to accounts payable.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation as required.

Requirements:


  • Experience in accounts payable is essential.
  • Experience working with high volume processing in a large company.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
