Role Overview:


Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) is looking for an IT business analyst to drive improvement efforts specific to CTI's capabilities in IT cost transparency, service pricing, cost optimization strategies and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for cost analysis and reporting in the IT Business Operations function
  • Undertake data analysis projects to understand the expense base and to improve the accuracy of cost and pricing models
  • Assist with implementation, maintenance and improvement of online SaaS tools to provide cost transparency and insights
  • Assist with cost opportunity identification efforts as a key participant in our annual planning process
  • Partner with senior management in and our customers (through established Product Management and Finance forums and otherwise) to drive cost optimization in support of pricing efforts

Skills:


  • Prior business analyst experience in financial and data systems. E.g. financial reporting, data driven analysis, cost modelling (Apptio Cost Transparency is desirable but not required as full training will be provided)
  • Experience in business systems configuration or custom development activities for analytical and / or financial tooling and reporting capabilities
  • Team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal clients and business functions)

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
