Part-time (32 hrs)
Salary:
£22,480
Early and late shifts including Saturdays.
Duties and responsibilities:
Admin duties such as:
updating spreadsheets, run basic functions in system, create claim cases
Providing a first-class customer service experience at all times
Demonstrating Wincanton's culture and values - Excellence, Integrity, Passion, Proactivity, Togetherness and Trust
Load and despatch orders as instructed in line with given targets and key performance indicators
Ensure warehouse procedural controls and processes are maintained in line with the health & safety
Experience, skills and attributes:
Dedication to providing excellent customer service is essential
Driven and hold the highest of personal standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting and shifting of items
Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Previous warehouse experience, preferably within a supply chain environment
Possession of a reach truck/counterbalance licence
Experience in working with furniture products
High level of attention to detail
