Responsibilities:


  • Management of all telematic supply agreements including ordering, coordinating, installation and maintenance of all units.
  • Continuous analysis of the utilisation of company sites, people, plant machinery, vehicles and equipment.
  • Submission of Utilisation Reports which highlight inefficiencies in operational practice, negligence/misuse, and low utilisation.
  • Provide continuous suggestions for operational improvement across any appropriate business facet, supported by analytical data.
  • Monitor and review operational costs of individual vehicles and machinery, suggesting changes to maintenance and replacement/disposal of assets at the appropriate time in the asset's lifecycle.
  • Checking of all timesheet information against tracking data, including hours booked and locations, highlighting any discrepancies and anomalies for management escalation.
  • The monitoring and reporting of fuel economy across all fleets small vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and machinery.
  • Communicate with line managers, driver and operators to ensure continues improvement through driving/operating style, idling etc.
  • Monitor lost time through breakdowns, and ensure compensation claims on warranted and hired machines are submitted.
  • Manage the supply arrangements and agreements with all fuel suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage fuel costs across the supply chain and network of company sites.
  • Support the investigation of all near misses, accidents/incidents, and complaints through the analysis of telematic and CCTV data.

What are we looking for?

  • Good computer literacy skills including Excel.
  • Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained
  • Experience is desirable.
  • Hardworking with a cando attitude.
