About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant strategist to join a unique and growing agency, at senior management level, to help take their strategic thinking and consultancy services to the next level, to partner with premium world class clients and help elevate their work and move the team forward.

You will take the lead in ensuring their work delivers effective impacts and demonstrable return on investment and lead and guide their strategy and insight teams, to make a positive impact on young people and their families.

You will be a strong strategic thinker who can describe challenges, identify insights and build logical and creative solutions adept at demonstrating return on investment and the impacts achieved.

You will also be an experienced team leader with strong collaboration and communication skills.
