I am currently recruiting a Spanish Accounts Receivable Assistant for a 9 month maternity cover for a property company based in East London, close to Canary Wharf station.

My client is a well established company based in East London, they are now looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Assistant for an 9 month maternity cover.

This is a tMaternity cover with hybrid working 4 days in the office / 1 working from home.

Their offices are based in London, close to Canary Wharf Tube Station.

Description

Accounts Receivable Assistant:

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the allocation of cash in Yardi bank book (daily)
  • Deal with the quarterly lease charge process - rent, promotion fund and service charge invoices
  • Raising monthly invoices (approx. 4th of each month) - rent, promotion fund and service charge invoices
  • Deal with the annual insurance billing process (July) each year and quarterly adjustments i.e., lease surrenders and new agreements that occur
  • Dealing with any applicable RPI/CPI adjusting charges (Between 16th
  • 19th each month) and annually in respect of retail promotion fund
  • Raising monthly telecoms invoices (around 20th of each month)
  • Raising internal rents/service charges (1st day of every quarter)
  • Entering Promotion fund charges into Yardi and the applicable billing once trading has commenced
  • Raise yearly ground rent invoices (January)
  • Assist with credit control (mainly retail)
  • Adhoc billing e.g., Legal, Construction, L39 Deposit invoices etc
  • Reconciliation of intra company income for Level 24, 39 and 42 and deal with the associated billing and allocation of cash in Yardi bank book (weekly)

Profile

What We Require of You:


  • Previous experience of the property industry desirable, combined with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable role.
  • Must be numerate, computer literate and possess good communication skills.
  • Excel experience within a Windows environment.
  • Must have ability to work under pressure, use their initiative and have a flexible and ordered approach to their work.
  • Good team player.
