Job description: Dear Applicant

My name is Josh and I am working from the fastest growing education employment agency, Aspire People. We are recruiting an nurturing Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in the quaint village of Rubery, Birmingham. Located by stunning scenery and amenities.

Working with children with SEMH needs
PPA experience
Key Stage 2 experience
Key Stage 1 experience
Be consistent - The child does cope with change

The role:

Lunch:

At lunch the child prefers not to go outdoors so will require supervision, then you will assist the child to PPA cover.

PM:

Lunch 40 mins - Then 1:1 session for final 2 hours 1:1 tutoring with literacy, work is planned and taught by the SENco and Intervention teacher, you will then need to re-cap on the lesson after 15 minutes of sensory play.
