Due to business growth, I'm supporting my client, based in Huntingdon, in recruiting for a Dispatcher to join their busy technician team.

Within the role of Dispatcher, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of technician's daily activities
  • Liaising regularly with technicians enabling them to complete their activities successfully
  • Arrange appointments and scheduling ensuring all parties are aware
  • Assist customers with job related queries and resolve
  • Update customers regularly on the progress of work completed
  • Update database with technician work notes
  • Work with other team members to achieve high service level agreements
  • Complete necessary departmental administration duties


The role would suit a skilled administrator who is highly organised, computer literate, good communicator and previous experience within a logistic, route planning role would be desirable but not essential.
