Monday - Friday hours TBC

Our client is looking for a Medical Travel Insurance Customer Service Advisor
to join their busy team in Cardiff. This will be on a fulltime/temporary basis for 3 months.

You will be providing help to insured clients who have suffered injury or illness whilst overseas or require roadside assistance.

They are looking for someone who can work under pressure as they are very busy so you will be taking a high volume of varied customer calls every day.

Essential:

A great communicator
Highly computer literate
Strong administration skills
Good telephone manner
Comfortable dealing with customers queries and complaints
Self-motivated and hard working with mínimal supervision
Resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
