Amazing opportunity to join a dynamic and hugely successful private equity firm as their stand-alone lead receptionist.Your duties will be many and varied, to include meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, maintaining an inventory of stock,operating the switchboard and directing calls, coordinating meeting rooms, helping with diary management, working with the CEO's PA to plan and book team events, liaising with suppliers and keeping the reception area neat and tidy.
