Clearly Education Ltd are recruitment specialists, who set up a brand-new office in the centre of Chelmsford two years ago.
Due to a large increase in business, we require a self-motivated and enthusiastic recruitment consultant to join our friendly, professional, and hardworking team.
This role will be on a full time basis (37.5 hours per week), with flexible working patterns between the hours of 7.00am to 5.30pm.
There is free onsite parking, or our office is only a short distance from Chelmsford Train/Bus Stations with great transport links.
The job role will include:
- Working closely with other recruitment consultants and branch manager, communicating effectively
- Ensuring safer recruitment and conduct regulations guidelines are adhered to throughout all aspects of your work
- Abiding by company policies and procedures, ensuring that safeguarding and safer recruitment practices are implemented throughout every stage of the recruitment process, with the help of our admin and compliance team
- Uploading and inputting information into the company database
- Have strong time management and organisational skills
- Be computer literate
- Posses an excellent telephone manner
- Be a team player
- Have a positive, enthusiastic and fun approach

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
