Coaching Facilitator, up to 37.5 hours fixed term for up to 12 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Practice Development Team to support the development and implementation of our practice education priorities across North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS FT.


The Practice Development team support staff and learners in developing essential skills required in practice and support high quality clinical placements for pre-registration students and apprentices.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated registered health care professional who is passionate about pre-registration education to join the team as a Coaching Facilitator.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality multi-professional learning environments.

They will be required to work Trust wide within services to support the implementation of coaching models of multiple student supervision and promoting inter-professional learning opportunities.

The post holder will be required to support the breadth of the student and educator experience, which may require cross boundary working.


The Practice Development function supports a wide range of learning and development opportunities in order to meet identified training and development needs of clinical staff and learners.

Disclosure and Barring Service:

£18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.


Enhanced Check:
£38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
