Attention to detail and communication skills are essential.Daily Duties include:
- Receive orders from customers and accurately enter the orders into our system.
- Liaise with our warehouse department to ensure customer orders are completed and being shipped timely and accurately.
- Assist with checking order on vehicles.
- Ensuring run sheets are completed.
- Create invoices for customer's orders.
- Ensure customer invoices are completed and closed out daily.
- Communicating with our customers, and listening to their problems/queries
- Resolving customer issues with positivity and passion
- Inform and educate our customers on the most appropriate products and/or information for them.
- Identify, log, and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintaining data, administering, and updating individual customer records both online and manually.
- Offering support to other team members or other areas
Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word and Excel skills are essential.
Salary:
£7.50-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
