At Superior Healthcare - we have created a 'New to Care' training programme, which will support you through a comprehensive classroom-based Care Certificate training (1 week).

You will also spend 2 weeks with one of our experienced Care Ambassadors, who will mentor you during your induction.

Therefore you would need to be available for the initial 3 weeks of training and mentorship (fully paid).


You do not need any experience to apply, and at the end of the training you can become a dedicated carer, supporting people across Kent - whether this is in our care home division (supporting various clients in care home establishments) or within our complex care (community care) division, working directly with our clients in their homes (full complex care training will be provided in addition).


Upon completion of your fully paid 3-week training, you'll be given a full-time, permanent, or flexible contract, with the options for day or night shifts.


Location:
Kent - various locations across Kent

Pay Rate:
£10-15 per hour (depending on shifts worked)

About you

  • A passion to want to work in the care industry
  • Reliable and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Available to complete the 3week training programme (fully paid £10 per hour to start with, 37.5 hours per week in the first 3 weeks)
