Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry? Opportunity to Join rapidly growing financial services firm as an Administrator, supporting a team responsible for purchasing other financial services firms.
This role offers a dynamic and diverse set of responsibilities, allowing you to grow with the team.
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, logging transactions, tracking activities, scheduling meetings, and handling all associated coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to produce concise business correspondence with a strong focus on proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
- Experience in a regulated environment ideally knowledge of FCA regulations.
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to show initiative.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
- Analytical and proactive problemsolving skills.
- Collaborative and teamoriented, comfortable working in virtual environments such as Microsoft Teams.
- Effective workload management, with a keen focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Selfmotivation and adaptability to change.
- Strong timemanagement and organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
Benefits:
This is a full time role office based Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications, negotiable
