Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for an
Client Service Executive to join our talented and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head of Client Services with all daytoday tasks.
- Assisting with the coordination of training workshops, coaching sessions and events using our online learning platform; the T2 Hub.
- Managing the internal Customer Relationship Management System.
- Coordinating the distribution of PRINT reports, tracking completion, and collating for workshops.
- Training coordination preparing training materials, setting up training rooms etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Experience working in business admin/customer service would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong writing ability
- Computer literate
- Strong organisation skills
- Apprenticeship opportunities available
Location:
Office based, Hull
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate
Pay:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
