We're looking for a Yard Operative to join our Kier Environmental Services Team based in Bridgend. Within this role working among a great team, overseeing the day to day operations & working collaboratively with the yard team leader

Location:
Tondu, Bridgend

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities
As a Yard Operative, you'll be working within the Kier Environmental Services Team supporting them in various areas.

Your day to day will include:

Ensuring the emptying of the recycling vehicles safely
Running of the baler and loading of material onto haulier vehicles
Undertake any training/instruction required to carry out these duties and or deemed necessary to fulfil the role

What are we looking for?
This role of Yard Operative is great for you if:

Holder of Full Drivers' Licence
Understanding of Health and Safety and Statutory responsibilities
Organized approach, able to meet deadlines
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Punctual and reliable individual
