    Description

    Sales Support Administrator

    The Trek Group offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market - equestrian, leisure and blue light emergency vehicles, supplying to both the UK and overseas.

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced, proactive and professional Sales Support Administrator to join team and to work at our premises in Stocksbridge, Sheffield S36.

    We are looking for a highly motivated person that has the ability to deliver an excellent administration support and who can deliver outstanding customers service as a main goal.

    You main tasks will be:

    • Receiving initial warranty claims by telephone or email;
    • Raising sales orders and generating internal sales reports;
    • Liaising with dealerships & repair shops;
    • Ensuring dealers are kept up to date during all stages of the processes;
    • Following up with repair shops for updates on progress;
    • Communicating with suppliers as required;
    • Ensuring databases are kept up to date at all times;
    • Producing professional correspondence/documentation;
    • Dealing with general enquiries

    You will have:

    • Outstanding communication skills with an excellent telephone manner;
    • An excellent command of the English language;
    • Exceptional attention to detail;
    • Confident working with figures and reports;
    • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel;
    • The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks;
    • Confidence when working in a busy role is essential.

    The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday
