Description

Who we are

Vitrue's mission is to eliminate musculoskeletal (MSK) pain for tens of millions of people and we need a world-class team to help us do it.

For Vitrue to change how we treat musculoskeletal pain, we need to get it in the hands of millions of users which is why we're looking for an outstanding individual to join and lead on our lead generation efforts.

Your role will be to attract a pipeline of world-class organisations that want to proactively improve the quality of life of their employees (while also leveraging extremely strong regulatory tailwinds to attract opportunities).

It's an exciting opportunity to lead a crucial function at Vitrue and join a team of amazing individuals to make a real impact both within Vitrue and our customers

Day to day you'll spend your time on:

  • Lead Generation and Channel Optimisation: You'll plan and execute strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Events, or wherever else you think will work etc.) to fill the top of our sales funnel with qualified leads, targeting companies with ,000 employees. Your role will involve not only generating MQLs but also nurturing these leads through the pipeline to become SQLs and ultimately inbound revenue-generating clients.
-
Strategy & Execution: As the Marketing Lead, you will design and execute comprehensive end to end marketing campaigns and strategies (e.g. creating google ad campaigns, promoting webinars, organising events, running landing page experiments) constantly monitoring conversion rates, CPL, and CAC to achieve our inbound pipeline generation targets. As a leader in a startup you'll balance your time between strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
-
Team Management: You will grow the marketing function at Vitrue as the company grows, starting with supporting and managing our content marketing manager, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and effective lead conversion. You'll also work closely with the product, sales and customer success teams.
-
Analysing and Reporting: Regularly track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to guide future marketing strategies and optimise lead generation efforts. This is a senior role and we will back you to experiment with new strategies as we learn.
-
Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the demand generation budget effectively to ensure optimal resource utilisation for maximum ROI.

We'd love to hear from you if.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation across channels (PPC, SEO, Events), including a managerial role.
  • You're a handson marketer able to manage team members and outside help effectively, but you also have strong technical skills to dive directly into tasks.
  • You are datadriven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • You are missiondriven, enjoy working in a teamfocused environment, and are always seeking ways to improve.
  • You have experience in a high growth startup company and a drive to work at an early stage company where you can have a huge impact.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in demand generation for an employee wellbeing or HR product, or experience marketing to HR or Health and Safety departments.
  • Passion for wellbeing, particularly musculoskeletal health. Many of our team have personally experienced or know someone who has experienced MSK pain.

Salary:
