There are 2x types of people. Faffers and Doers.

Fafferthose who take ages to do things. You know the type. They take ages to make a decision.

They're the ones who can't decide on heads or tails.

The ones who deliberate over what main course to ordereven when they've had the menu for 15 minutes.

People who don't know what toothpaste to buy.

Doerthose who get things done. As quick as a sneeze, it's done. Bish bash bosh, no fluff.

They've ordered a burger on the app before going to the restaurant.

Someone who has a holiday booked 6 months in advance.

They check out how something endsbefore watching the start.

We need a doer.

Someone who can crack on and get it done. And there are A LOT of things to get done.

Organised, focused, and generally a legend. You'll be the go-to person for your mates. The captain of your team. Pillar of your community.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Using tools like Riverside.

FM, Veed and Adobe

Managing YouTube channels for our clients
Creating videos, snippets and microcontent that can be used on social media
Distributing work across Spotify, YouTube, Apple etc
Implementing marketing strategies
Creating thumbnails and whatever is needed to increase views
Handling our podcast and taking an interest in audio
Writing little text snippets of awesome social blurbs
Delivering marketing activities for our clients

What you'd need to fit in:

Superb English reading/writing skills
A great eye for video, designs, colours, fonts and graphics. You need to know things like Canva
Good with audio mixing as well would be perfect
Happy to create content
A commercial brain (not just focused on likes or viewsit has to return revenue)
Highly organised and able to manage many tasks
Determined and keen to develop
Not an alien when it comes to software. You'll know how Word / Excel works.
Downtoearth, genuine, looking to work at a startup.
