Altum Transformation are searching for Interim Business Analysts & Project Managers with extensive NetSuite experience. Our client is a global organisation who are embarking on a NetSuite implementation.

Role description:

Reporting into the Transformation Director this role will:

Help design and review a sustainable Product profitability process flow for the finance division (expenses/revenue operational process flow mapping and build linkages to non-financial data)
Methodology and documentation
Review of core accounting fields and financial statement impacts
Own Change management with all BAU teams to support full adoption tracking
Implementation into BAU practice with business Signoff for using the new hierarchy across Revenues and Costs
Create an operational proposal for ongoing support of static data maintenance
Track and create plans for delivery Health within this program working with the PMO and transformation lead
Support documentation and development/removal of already documented Finance Pain points - adding in metrics / creation of impact weightings
Documentation for signoff
Creation of BRD elements for 3_rd_ party oversight
Engagement with all parties (internal, outside of finance) for data sourcing
Assist in implementation product and other hierarchies
Ad hoc items depending on business priorities
Chair/co-chair team meetings on the above topics

Experienced Business Analysts or Project Managers with experience of change initiatives, product suites, and accelerated product launches would be beneficial as would those that have some experience working within NFP/Public Sector organisations.

Systems experience - NetSuite planning and budgeting tools, tableau exposure, NetSuite suite commerce, and salesforce.

Secondary platforms that would be a nice to have but not essential:
Concur, Kyriba.
