We provide high-value, specialist business information to niche target audiences in the alternative and traditional fund management industries and employ over 450 staff globally with our head office based in London.

The Role


The role is heavily involved with the Sales team, so need excellent communication skills, good levels of diplomacy and the ability to inspire customer loyalty and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Raising of all invoices (UK, US, APAC) (approx. 500pm)
  • Reviewing Tax Rates calculated, ensuring in line with system.
  • Ensuring Orders and Invoices match
  • Payment terms and comments are reflected correctly.
  • Good knowledge and experience with billing VAT across UK, APAC and US regions
  • Responsible for ensuring all transaction are processed efficiently.
  • Liaising with Clients and stake holders regarding queries
  • Processing Credits and Rebilling where required
  • Uploading invoices to clients' portals
  • Completion of clients onboarding forms.
  • Liaising with Credit Control regarding Account queries to prevent delay in billing and payments
  • Work as part of a team and support colleagues where necessary

Requirements:


  • Previous experience withing the media and Event Industry.
  • Good understanding and experience of vat rules across regions outline above.
  • Effective communication, High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and selfmotivate.
  • Strong excel skills would be desired (vlook up's ,pivot tables, etc)
  • Systems Knowledge
  • Sales Force
  • Previous experience with B2B clients
  • Understanding of Audit Controls
  • Effective problem solving
