Theatre Recruitment Consultant - NHS

Basic Salary:
Up to £35,000 plus Commission UNCAPPED

Your Responsibilities:

Good communication with Staff Banks and managers

Always deliver a high level of customer service

Meet agreed KPIs and sales targets

Regular visits to designated area(s) to strengthen customer relationships

Liaise with Out of Hours team when required

Liaise with BD to ensure the smooth functioning of the area/ client / group

Work with the BD to ensure client demand and expectations are managed and maintain good rapport

Constant market research in the area that could become a risk or benefit to the portfolio
