We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator who is looking to progress there career to work in our successful Garstang Hub.


We are ideally looking for people with local knowledge to the Garstang area with industry experience, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.


Responsibilities
The main role of a sales negotiator is to book property market appraisals. Register purchasers matching them to available properties. Negotiate property sales, liaising between vendors & purchasers. Carry out accompanied viewings and Recommend other products including mortgage services & conveyancing.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced Estate Agents Looking to progress & incorporate some valuation training
  • Local Knowledge of the Garstang market would be an Advantage
  • The Ability To Build Rapport
  • Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
  • Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile

Working Week

Monday/Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm With Alternate Saturdays 8.45am - 2.00pm

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 OTE Dependent on Experience

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
