Attention all Qualified Finance professionals Are you a seasoned accountant with a passion for accurate and efficient reporting? My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Finance Manager to lead one of their teams and _
drive_ their financial operations forward.

Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for several of the group entities.

You'll manage the balance sheet, prepare statutory financial statements, andoversee the management, development, and motivation of two direct reports.

You'll be responsible for intercompany and related party reporting, manufacturer subsidies, and cash management.

You'll work closely with all departments to obtain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business and ensure compliance with internalreporting requirements.

You'll also drive process improvement and continually identify opportunities for improvement within the finance team.

As the Systems Knowledge Expert, you'll enhance systems knowledge and deploy it within the team where appropriate. You'll also liaise with local and group Treasury to manage loans and interest expenses.

Graduate degree and professional certification in CIMA, ACA, or ACCA
Extensive experience in finance or accounting
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Business Objects
Strong communication and presentation skills, adapting to diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills, determination, and a practical approach to complex problemsolving
Proactive in sharing ideas and leading change while also being flexible in adjusting to new situations
Teamoriented approach
